Let the angle between Ship A and Ship B be x.

According to angle sum property, the sum of all the interior angles of a triangle is 180°.

`35^\circ+54^\circ+x=180^\circ`

`89^\circ+x=180^\circ`

`x=180^\circ -89^\circ`

`x=91^\circ`

Therefore, the angle between Ship A and Ship B is 91°.
