At a candy store, Jeremiah bought 1 pound of jelly beans for $9. Meanwhile, Emma bought 4

pounds of jelly beans and 6 pounds of gummy worms for $60. How much does the candy
cost?

I think the candy cost 51 dollars

Jellybeans: 36$

Gummy worms: 15$

36 + 15 = 51

Explanation:

Since jeremiah bought 1 pound for 9 dollar you can minus 9 from the equation which is 51 and since each pound of jelly beans were 9 dollars 9 x 4 = 36 and 51 - 36 is 15 so the cost of the gummy worms are 15 so

either 51 or 36 and 15
