u can say like I ate 1/3 or a whole f something and then also put what u ate for each one like eggs bacon and grits that would be breakfast I think

I can give you some ideas to break apart if thats ok


Breakfast: Eggs, Cereal, or granola bar

Lunch: While grain sandwich, salad, or rice

Dinner: Pasta dishes, rice, salad, or fish
