Explanation:

all you hve to do is substitute a value of x into the equation and calculate the value of y

eg : when x = 1

y = 5 ( x+2 )

y = 5 ( 1+2 )

y = 15

thus , x= 1 , y = 15

ordered pair: (1,15)
