It should not not be biased toward a particular outcome because a good survey is looking for what people actually think, instead of what they want people to say. It should not use a small sample size because the more people they have, the better there evidence is because 1/2 people saying something about a particular industry isn’t as good evidence as 50/100 people saying something about that industry. It should not have a short-term focus because a good survey should focus on long-term things.
