2. Natalie and her freinds decide to buy 100 postcard stamps what will be the total cost of the stamps now?

Explanation:

you take 0.34 and multiply it by how many stamps you have. So in this case you have 10 stamps for #1 so you move the decimal over to the right once (since one step is a tenth) and you have $3.40 and for 100 stamps you restart with 0.34 and move the decimal over to the right twice since that would be one-hundredths, and you would get 34. or when you add the units $34.00
