The points are; (3,7) and (-3,-5).

Using double point formula;


(y - y1) = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) (x - 3)

Put all values.


(y - 7) = ( - 5 - 7)/( - 3 - 3) (x - 3)


(y - 7) = ( - 12)/( - 6) (x - 3)


(y - 7) = 2(x - 3)


y = 2x - 6 + 7

Therefore, the equation is; y = 2x+1.
