A diner was eating at a restaurant. In a plate of noodles was a rather large

shard of broken, off-white ceramic. Upon finding this physical hazard, the
diner showed the problem to the server and requested a replacement plate
of noodles. What should the manager of the restaurant do for the customer?
What should the manager do to make sure this situation doesn’t happen
again?

The manager should offer free food since that person could have gotten seriously injured. There is no possible way to make sure it doesn’t happen again because they can’t check the food because you don’t want to spread you germs on ur fingers into the food, but all they can do is be cautious that it never happens again

Answer:

In my opinion i think that, the manager of the diner should give him his money back and free noodles because, The person who had found the peice of ceramic in their noodles could have gotten very sick or died from eating a piece of ceramic... because its literally cement. I think that what the manager should do to make sure this never happens again is to have the serves check the customers food before serving.
