Slope m-> 5
To find eq parallels
Use the point y - y1 = m(x-x1) plug in m =5, x1= 4,y1=3
Y-3=5(x-4)
Y-3= 5x -20
Y= 5x - 20+3
Y= 5x -17
So it my answer I think that is correct
