Odysseus Tale

1.Should Odysseus have told his sailors about Scylla or was he justified in telling a lie to keep them from being too afraid to go on?

2.For most of The Odyssey, Odysseus wants to get home to his wife. But then he just decides to stay with Calypso alone on her island for years. Can you think of any reasons other than annoyance that he doesn’t want to tell this part of the story?
