(y + 7) = (3 + 7)/(12 + 3) (x + 3)

Simplify it.


(y</u><u> + 7) = (10)/(15) (x + 3)


(y + 7) = (2)/(3) (x + 3)


y + 7 = (2)/(3) x + 3 * (2)/(3)


y = (2)/(3) x + 2 - 7


y = (2)/(3) x - 5

Therefore, the required equation is; y = 2/3x - 5.
