The Moon travels around the Earth at a speed of 3.68 x 10^3 kilometers per hour. If the Moon orbits the Earth every 27.3 days, then how far does it travel in one orbit around the Earth? Write the exact answer in SCIENTIFIC NOTATION. Do not round.

Do not tell me the answer, I just want to know what to do. Such as: Do 3.68 x 10^3 and then do 27.3 / by 3.68 x 10^3. DO NOT TELL ME THE ANSWER, TELL ME WHAT TO DO

Answer:

Do (3.68 x 10^3) x 27.3 for the distance

Distance = speed x time

Distance (km per day) = (3.68 x 10^3) x 27.3
