1/2 or 50%

Explanation:

numbers on a dice:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

4 5 and 6 are above 3
therefore, there are 3 numbers that are greater than 3 on a standard dice

3/6 can be simplified to 1/2 which is also the same as 50%.
