I played basketball with my friends and I became involved by helped them score points by being a good player and passing the ball to them, and I also scored points myself wich in the end, caused my team to win.
How can participation in team sports improve your overall fitness?
It can improve your overall fitness by being a good stress reliever which helps lower your risk for heart disease.
How did you adjust the strategy for the team sport that you played?
I didn’t really much, I just played how I normally do.
Describe the positive outcomes that might result from including players with less ability or even a disability on your neighborhood team.
People might feel bad and let your team (with the disabled kid) win easily or go easier on you guys.

I participated in jogging which was a solo activity and did not use any defensive strategies. Then, I participated in a fast paced game of soccer, where I had to be goal and defend the goal from the other team trying to score a goal, and I used defensive strategies doing this.
