Step-by-step explanation:

Dont wear too many layers ( mabey try to stay in a t shirt, tank top, pr other atletic gear, and shorts. make sure to bring a large water bottle to prevent heat strokes, and you should have some form of first aid, band aids and stuff, just in case you get hurt, hope this helps :)
