How many ml of a 50% sugar solution must be mixed with 10 ml of a 68% sugar solution to make a 62% solution?

Answer:

well first we need to see the total percent of sugar solution there is.

So first we need to add 50%+68%=118%/200%

so now 62%/100% needs translated to /200%.

We get 124%/200% Now 50%/100%=100%/200% 68%/100%=136%/200%

62% would be in a total of needed of like 7 ml of the 50% sugar solution i think let me know if i am wrong
