When did your muscles start using lactic acid fermentation? How did you know?

So I did an experiment where I squeezed a ball for 100 seconds with my non dominant hand and recorded the number of squeezes per ten seconds. When did my muscles start using lactic acid fermentation? How did I know?

Answer:

Anaerobic condition.

Step-by-step explanation:

Our muscles start using lactic acid fermentation in anaerobic condition because when there is no oxygen by our body for the production of energy in the form of ATP molecule, lactic acid is produced while on the other when our body uses oxygen for energy production so no lactic acid is produced only energy, water and carbondioxide. so during exercise our body start using lactic acid fermentation.
