bruh do any of you know what I could do to make my calfs feel better lol (The body part on your leg) because I worked out yesterday and the day before that and they hurt.

Stretch/hydrate do over exert it again. If really uncomfortable you can try Icy Hot.. that helps

strech before and after you workout. If you don't do this please do. It's very important so you don't hurt yourself. and don't stay stiff. move around so the pain doesn't stay there and your just laying stiff doing nothing about it. also drink a lot of water and stay hydrated
