We know the line meets the y axis at -1, we know that the line goes up 2/3 y every one 1 x, so we can create the equation: y = 2/3x - 1;

The perpendicular line's slope multipllied by the original slope should always equal negative 1 so. X * 2/3 = -1, X = -3/2

The answer is: y = -3/2x, and so answer choice A, it has y = -3/2x so A is the correct answer. :)
