Explanation:

13. First you subtract x from x-y and it gives you -y≤-x-2. Then you divide -1 from y because it has to stand by itself in order to be in slope-intercept form and then you get y≥x+2. The less than or equal to sign got switched because you were dividing by a negative.

17. First, you subtract -3x from -3x-y and it gives you -y<3x-3-3x. Then you divide -1 from y because it has to stand by itself in order to be in slope-intercept form and then you get y>3. Yet again you have to switch the sign because you're dividing by a negative.
