y=-2/3x+1

Explanation:

you have to put a point at 1 and then go down one and over until you get to 3 on the graph and continue til you can't no more on the right side now go back to 1 on the graph and go up one and to the left 3 and keep going until you cant anymore and then connect the line and you done.

Find two points on a graph, and count up/down, and left/right to find rise over run and simplify if you can. For example on this graph the slope from (0,1) to (3,0) is -2/6 or simplify to -1/3 because you go down two and right 6.
