What is the difference between fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins? Name two examples of each type?

The difference between the two is that water- soluble vitamin are Absorbed easily into the body and if you Consume more than you need of that vitamin, the excess will leave your body. But unlike water- soluble vitamins. Unused fat-soluble vitamins are stored throughout your body in far cells.
