y = -3x + 4
Explanation:
We start by "flipping" the x value in y = 1/3x to y = -3/1x (aka -3x)
Getting the line to pass through (1, 1) means the line needs to intercept the y-axis at 4
Thus, making the equation y = -3x + 4
