Answer:

A) -7/16÷3= -7/48 This will tell you how much the water level changed in 1 year.

B) -7/48(7)= -1 1/48 This tells you how much the water level changed over a 7 year period

C) It is a terminating decimal because -1 1/48 as a decimal is −1.0208333333333
