Actually Welcome to the Concept of the Indices and BODMASS rule,

according to the BODMASS rule, we must always give high priority to the, parentheses "()" ,hence we will solve the bracket index powers first,

this we get as

({x}^(3) . {x}^( - 6)) ^(2) = > ( {x}^(3 - 6) )^(2) = = > ( {x}^( - 3))^(2)

hence, the above option is 2.) is correct.
