Answer:

y=4/3x+4

to find the slope you need 2 coordnates which in this case is (0,4) and (-3,0) and use point slope form to find the slope

remember slope intercept form is y=mx+b

point slope form-

y1-y2/x1-x2=4-0/0-(-3)=4/3

so the slope is 4 over 3 and then look for the y intercept on the grapgh

now you fill in y=mx+b

y=4/3+4
