The answer is (y+3)(x+2)

Explanation:

In XY +3x we can take our x so we get = x(y+3)

In 2y +6 we can take out 2 so we get = 2(y+3)

so we get x(y+3)+2(y+3)

we can also write it as

(y+3)(x+2).
