Answer:
A country keeps a continuous note on the population of its country. Population should always be kept under check . Hence the government as put forth various population policy.
The pro natalist is a population policy in which more births are encouraged using various methods. This decision is taken when there is increased death in a region due to natural disaster or pandemic.
Anti natalist policy is in which the population is kept under control when there is drastic increase in the population in a region.
