In the data set below, what is the mean absolute deviation?

Answer:

6.2

Explanation:

6 + 1 = 7 + 8 = 15 + 8 = 23 + 11 = 34 + 3 = 37

So then you just do

Also I got the 6 from the number of data numbers.

37/6 = 6.16

It’s 6.16 but because I need to round it, to the nearest tenth, it’s going to be 6.2
