Josh works in a balloon store. He will put 45 balloons into bunches. He must use the same number of balloons in each bunch. The number of balloons in each bunch must be greater than 1 and less than 10. How many balloons could be in each bunch?

5 and 9 are between 1 and 10.

They are the answers.

5 x 9 = 45

9 x 5 = 45

Find the factors of the number 45.

1, 5, 9, 15

The numbers must be greater than 1 and less than 10.

Now, we must take 5 and 9.

5 x 9 = 45

9 x 5 = 45
