In a newsletter by the Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine ,the recommended hours of sleep is 9 hours .

Nikides and most of the teens average 6.5 to 7.5 hours of sleep which is below the recommended 9 hours .

He thinks that hanging out and playing with his friends till late and then sleeping for only a few hours was a really good bonding experience..
