You can start by determining all common factors between the like terms (27 with 18; u with u; v with v).

Now, do 27 and 18 have common factors? Yes --> that would be the 9

You can simplify that term to
-(3)/(2)

Do
u^2 and
u^4 have common factors? Yes -->
u^2

You can simplify that term to
(1)/(u^2)

Do
v^3 and
v^5 have common factors? Yes -->
v^3

You can simplify that term to
(1)/(v^2)

As the final step, you can times all those final terms together to reach your answer as -
-(3)/(2u^2v^2)

Hope this helped a lot :)
