Loyalists were colonists that supported Great Britain. Patriots were colonists that did not support Great Britain. How would a loyalist view the Boston Massacre? How would a patriot? As a massacre or self-defense

The loyalists would despise those involved in the Boston massacre, patriots publicized heavily because they may have felt some sorrow for those innocent people or they did it to prove a point about the British police who carelessly fired into the masses. Since patriots do not care much for Great Britain, they may have pointed out that the police handled it in a poor fashion just to make fun of Great Britain.
