X(sub1)= 1
Y(sub1)=-1
m=4
Since the slope is given use y-y(sub1)=m(x-x(sub1))
y-(-1)=4(x-(1))
y+1=4(x-1) in point-slope form
y+1=4x-4
Subtract 1 on both sides
y=4x-5 in slope-intercept form
