Answer:

Yes it is a function.

use you can try out the Vertical Line test which states that if your line intersects repeatedly it is not a function.

Every x-value is paired with a y-value. If the x-value is being paired with more than one y-value it does not pass the test.

All these values you had listed pass the vertical line test.
