Hey there!

ASSUMING:
2k^3 + j

CONVERTING

= 2(-2)^3 + (-5)

= 2(-2)^3 - 5

= 2(-2^3) - 5

= 2(-1 * 2 * 2 * 2) - 5

= 2(-2 * 4) - 5

= 2(-8) - 5

= -16 - 5

= -21

Therefore, the answer should be: -21

Good luck on your assignment & enjoy your day!
