First= -2x+2y+3z=0

= -2x+2y+3z +-2y=0+(-2y)

-2x+3z=-2y

-2x+3z=-2y+-3z

-2x=-2y-3z

Divide both by negative two
-2x/-2=-2y-3z/-2

x=y+3/2z that’s the answer.
