how would 2(6)-8 equal 10-5?!

Explanation:

10-5 is basically 2-1 so if 2x6-8 (or 2(6)-8) equals 2-1 then it would. So you start with multiplying 6 and 2 and get 12. 12-8 equals to 4-3. I didn't find your answer but I did what I could.
