Answer:

y=-3x-5

Explanation:

6x+2y=-10

2y = -6x-10 (you need to isolate the y and so i took 6x and subtracted it from both sides)

y = -6/2x-10/2 ( dont feel like explaining)

divide them (-6/2 and -10/2) to get

y=-3x-5
