You would want to subtract 78 by 60 because 78 is higher than an hour, after that you would end up with 18 and 13:00 is 1:00 PM/AM and you just subtracted 60 from 78 so you would add 1 more hour to 1:00 PM so you would get 2:00 PM. After that, you would end up with 2:18 PM.
