imo you should delete social media or at least take a break. it’s really good for both your mental health and for your grades as you’ll be less likely to get distracted or waste time on twitter, instagram, snap... etc. once you’re done with school or caught up with your you can always redownload or log back into your accounts. the people in social media are very toxic and cause pointless drama. since you’re trying to become a doctor i personally believe you should at least limit how often you’re on your phone/on social media or apps that constantly get you distracted. if you think it’ll be hard to put your phone away and focus on your work, use screen time and try to keep you daily usage under 3, 4, 5, 6 whatever hours or so. you can always put a time limit on social media as well
