$\sqrt5$ Answer:

Sin^2 x + Cos^2 x = 1

Sin^2 x = 1 - 4 / 9 = 5 / 9

Sin x =
$\sqrt5$ / 3

Tan x = Sin x / Cos x = (
$\sqrt5$ / 3) / (2 / 3) =
$\sqrt5$ / 2
