A line in point slope form is y = mx + b

m = the slope

b = y-intercept

So far our line looks like: y = -3/5x + b

Let's plug -5 into x and -3 into y to solve for b

-3 = -3/5(-5) + b

Let's multiply -5 by -3/5

-3 = 3 + b

Subtract 3 from both sides.

-6 = b

Our line is: y = -3/5x - 6
