Answer:

slope = 3

point (0, -23)

Explanation:

to find slope, work out the line equation to y = mx + c

y + 2 = 3(x -7)

y = 3x -21 -2

y = 3x - 23

m = slope = 3

a point on the line, easiest way is to put x = 0

y = 3(0) - 23, when x = 0, y = -23, so the point (0, -23)
