Rachel's backyard pool is being emptied by a pump. The amount of water (W) in the pool in gallons, at any time (t) in hours is given by

the following equation:
W= 1800-300
How many gallons of water are being pumped out each hour? Just fill in the number.

If you are saying that 300 gallons of water are being pumped out each hour then it will take 6 hours to pump out all of the water.

Explanation:

To find that answer all I did was divide 1800 by 300. I don't know if that is the answer your looking for but I tryed sorry.
