Remember the Great Toilet Paper Shortage of 2020? Most stores have

finally restocked. Charmin makes a pack of TP with 2^4 rolls in it. Each roll
has 2^10 individual sheets. Wegman's has a shelf with 2^6 packages on it.
How many sheets are there on that shelf? Final answer must be left in
exponential form. Show the process but not the calculations - unless you
want to but sometimes less is more

Answer:

2^16 or 65,536

Explanation:

First, you'll find the answers to 2^6 and 2^10

2^6=64 while 2^10=1024, then you multiply 1024 by 64 which gives you 65,536.

**or, the easier way is to just add the two exponents together since you see that the bases are the same.
