A rectangle has side lengths of 6 cm and 9 cm. What would the side lengths of the image be after dilation of 2.25? Explain your reasoning. PLS HELP DUE TODAY

im pretty sure all you have to do is multiply.. 6 times 2.25 equals 13.5 and 9 times 2.25 equals 20.25. hope that helps, but i'm not entirely sure

Explanation:

6x9=54 then divide it by 2.25 = 24 and divide 24 by 2 = 12 and 12
