Weight lifting can be done to your hearts content! When you get to a stopping point, or when you've met your workout goals- you can finally rest. How do you rest? You can simply do activities such as "Pleasuring yoursel-" talking, sleeping, and/or days off.

Recommended breaking time is commonly worked out as 30-to-90 second rests between sets during exercises.
