some requirement that must be meet for voting is you must be 18 years or older, a citizen of the U.S, you must live in the state you intend on voting in for a certain period of time. Some ways voting has changed over time is back in the day you had to be a white man in order to vote until 1870. Then you Could be a black man and a white man over the age of 18.

You must be the age of 18 or older. The rules have changed overtime because women used to not have the right to vote and now they do. Same with African Americans . Now that we live in present time we have a democracy so everyone who is a legal citizen of the country has the right to vote..
