Answer is Choice C

Reason:

The purple paint has 4 parts red and 3 parts blue.

The ratio of red to blue is 4:3

Multiply both parts of that ratio by 7 and we end up with 28:21

The two ratios 4:3 and 28:21 will produce the same shade of purple.
